Questions about the Culture Compass Package?

  • By paying £8,770 upfront, you’re securing a partnership that typically costs over £20,000 annually, ensuring inclusion work is fully funded and prioritised for the entire year.

  • The upfront payment by January 31st allows us to offer a significant discount on the package. If you wish to pay in instalments, we can discuss this in our initial call.

  • You’ll receive tangible assets, including updated policies, high-impact learning sessions, and 1:1 coaching to support your development in creating an inclusive culture.

  • Not at all! As part of our monthly coaching calls, we can discuss the topics you believe would be most beneficial to the team and schedule them when appropriate.

  • Yes! Through our 1:1 calls, we will work with you to develop a DEI strategy and policy. We ensure the plan is specific and actionable, with a clear timeline, and use coaching to keep you accountable for the goals set out.

  • These will be action-led and not simply a ‘to-do’ list. We often do the work together, ensuring the inclusion work is completed.
